Tomorrow's Supper
Probably with greens and a very simple vinaigrette. Lemon zest and a couple of pecans might be nice too.
The main dish is scallops over a bread and tomato mixture and finished with a bit of aged balsamic vinegar aka aceto tradizionale. Hmmm

That sounds wonderful! I have just recently starting using balsamic in some of my dishes, it is HEAVENLY!.
