It's been a long while since I've had a good macaroon. Maybe as much as two or three years. Can't seem to find them. I got some at Roche Bros. last year but they didn't have much texture and were very sweet to my taste. Cheryl Ann's bakery in Brookline makes them but only at Passover and I missed my chance last year. So what to do? Try these I suppose. They look very good and properly coconutty.
