Unhelpful and Expensive Target Recipes

This could really be a lot better. The link is to a recipe from Target but the only way to save it is to print it or save it as an image. I suppose that way the Target name will be seen every time the recipe is looked at so it's good from their point of view. But it's the text that's important for me not the graphics or a paper copy. If I can save the text I can manage the information any way I need. Otherwise.... Also, the recipe itself calls for no less than 4 different brand name products and that's not so great either. Who cooks like that?
