ReMARKable Palate: Recipe: Thai Red Curry Chicken
One of my all time favorite dishes is chicken in red curry. I used to get it at the Bangkok restaurant on Mass. Ave, sadly it has closed after a very successful twenty five year run, and when I moved away from that area I missed it so much that I learned to make it at home. Rich and sweet with coconut milk & red curry plus a good dose of heat from a dollop of Sambal Oelek. Wow! Thai comfort food. I haven't had it lately and I really miss it.
Culinary Podcast Network
The Culinary Podcast Network is up and running and it sounds great. Topics include everything from organic foods to caviar to soundseeing tours, a chili cookoff, various interviews including one with Rose Levy Berenbaum and lots more.
One of the things I liked best was being able to hear chefs talk to each other. There's a lot of detail that you would never hear on tv because they just don't have the time.
